Metal rolling bending machine
Item Introduction:
1.This machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure,
with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers,
which is achieved through the drive of the screw, the unit, the worm and the lead screw.
The two lower rollers rotates,
and provides the plate materials with torque through the engagement of the
output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers.
The disadvantage of this machine is that the ends of the plate materials need to have the help from
other equipments for the pre-bending.
two.This machine adopts upper roller adjustable type,
and the upper roller is in the middle of two lower rollers ,
which is driven by the lead screw to move up and down so as to bend the steel plate.
three.This equipment is composed of working parts and driving system two parts.
The working parts composed of right and left bearing seat,one upper roller,
two lower rollers (these three rollers material is 42CRMO with heat treatment. ),
lifting screw,worm wheel,other accessory parts and so on.
Lower rollers drive upper rollers to rotate.
Upper roller can be adjusted up and down .
Driving system is composed of main motor, main speed reducer gear and other accessory parts.
4.Lower rollers are driven by the main motor and main speed reducer gear,
the spindle of main speed reducer drive two lower rollers by one group gears,
the direction is controlled by the main motor.
5.Upper roller is lifted by the auxiliary motor and vice speed reducer through worm pole and worm.
six.Unloading device is used for removing the finished workpiece.
While unloading,the upper roller will move to the up limit position,
the balance device on upper roller’s ends hit upper roller so as to remove the workpiece.
